NFL Scores RSS Feed - Updated: Added MLB

I couldn't find anything that provided RSS feeds of just NFL scores - either pay or free so we created a NFL scores feed.

It can be found at http://nfl.omni-scores.net/feeds/scores

It's still in development so comments, questions, concerns are welcome! Currently, we are feeding every NFL game this season so you can see what the feed looks like. After this Sunday, you will only see the current day's scores. The scores update every 15 minutes and we ask that you respect the site and only have your readers update every 15 minutes.

Issues can be submitted to issues at nfl.omni-scores.net

For those of you that tried it this past weekend, you probably noticed a minor issue with a few of the games - we didn't properly support overtime. That should now be fixed. We've also added time remaining in the quarter to the title so you have an idea of when the update occurred.

We should also have support for college football soon.

The theme is the Windows Vista theme for WA2 - I'm not sure where to find it though, my friend gave it to me.

Try a search for it, quiete a few threads about it. (It is pretty resource intensive)

This thread however is for NFL Scores RSS Feeds, so let's try to keep it on topic.

This is awesome, thank you so much...like you I've been combing the web trying to find anything related to NFL feeds for scores and stats, there is NOTHING! Now if we could build something similar for live player stats, not only would the fantasy football community proclaim us gods but we could probably retire at the end of the year Wink Everything I researched on this topic indicates that the whole scores & stats game is such a lucrative deal that no one gives it away for free via RSS or web service which is sad.

I tried your link but got the "Live NFL scores updated every 15 minutes" message which I assume is the default for when there are no games being played. If you could, could you post a sample of what the feed looks like so I can build out my peice that will parse it? Also, just from a usability standpoint it wouldnt be a bad idea to show the upcoming games for the week by default if there are none being played.

Right now we're focusing on getting NCAA Football and MLB up and running before adding other additional features.

As the title suggests, we have added MLB and there are some sample scores up until tomorrow's playoff games

I just took a guess based on the nfl address, and it worked:

one follow up question then, timing wise, at what point does your feed go from displaying the weekly scores to cutting over to the "Live NFL scores updated every 15 minutes" message? In the interim I'll probably grab a copy once the games have completed and save it off for display purposes.
